Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026 | Last revised: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bluewings Tax, Bluewingstax LLP (India), and Bluewingstax Canada Inc. (Canada) (collectively, โ€œBluewings,โ€ โ€œwe,โ€ โ€œus,โ€ or โ€œourโ€) collect, use, retain, and protect personal information when providing tax, compliance, and related professional services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information needed to evaluate, prepare, review, file, and support a clientโ€™s requested services. This can include contact details, identity and tax identifiers, income and financial records, employment or business details, tax-return documents, communications, and information supplied in an enquiry, booking, or client portal. We may also collect limited technical information needed to secure and operate our websites and portals.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and manage requested services; prepare, review, and file returns or compliance work; communicate about a clientโ€™s case; provide document checklists, service updates, and deadline reminders based on information the client provides; process payments; maintain records; improve our operations; and meet legal, regulatory, professional, and security obligations.

3. Access and sharing

Access is limited to authorized Bluewings personnel who need it for the return or service workflow, including assigned client relationship staff, preparers, reviewers, e-file staff, managers, and administrators. We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to provide services, process a payment, send communications, meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and security.

Our service providers may include Intuit software and its private network for applicable tax workflows, Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, and Microsoft 365 for business email. Those providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. Retention and deletion requests

We retain client and service records for 10 years after the end of the relevant client relationship or service, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law, professional obligations, dispute resolution needs, or a valid legal hold. A client may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us. We will review each request and explain any information we must retain.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and access-control measures designed to protect client data, including role-based access and secure client-workflow tools. No internet or data-storage method is completely risk-free. If you believe there has been a security incident involving your information, contact aditya@bluewingstax.com promptly.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and required retention obligations, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion of eligible records, or opt out of non-essential marketing communications. Client service communications, reminders, and messages required for an active engagement may still be sent.

7. International services

Bluewings serves clients connected with the United States, India, and Canada. Information may be processed in the jurisdiction needed to provide the requested service or by the service providers described above. We handle such processing in accordance with applicable legal and professional requirements.

8. Contact us
